      • Shipping
        • Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
        • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Most of our products will be delivered within 7-20 days. Some may take up to 30 days and those items are listed as such in the checkout process.  
      • Refunds
        • LoveSalty will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.  For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 7 days from the receipt of original order.  Please note, refunds do not include the shipping cost. Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and must be in their original packaging. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items.
      • How to Return or Exchange Your Order

        • Mail your return to us. We advise using a trackable method of shipment. Please insure the package for the full retail value of the shipped products, as we will not be liable for any damage incurred in transit.
        • Once we receive your package, we will process your return within 3 business days. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment where the same credit card used for purchase will be credited with a refund. While we process returns within 3 business days from the day we received the items, card refunds may take up to ten business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
